Performance is one of the indicators of measuring the success of the workplace. Goal setting is the act of weighing the costs of our choices and making strategic plans to actualization of dreams. Setting goals is primary to observing success in business, ministry, career and life in general. When goals are set, then, we'll have a charted course to destiny and stardom.

Planning for each of your day is what gives you a basis for evaluation of your successes. Your plans are meant to give timelines for achieving each set task or completing an activity. Planning helps to reset ambiguity of purpose and helps in budgeting resources to its best distribution.

An optimist describes his target as being “too big to miss” while a pessimist describes his own target as being “too big to hit”. To keep your target as being “too big to miss”, then you must remain an optimist. An optimist sees possibilities in all situations.
Prepare for Challenges
Working towards peak performance are not without challenges, therefore it should be identified even before they are encountered. Be ready. Girdle-up and be prepared for them so as to devise the right combating strategies.

What guarantees peak achievement is a positive mental attitude and a positive life attitude. What ever you hold in your mind about yourself is what you become. Be the positive thinker and achieve your dreams.

Talents are your special giftings. They make your work easy and less strenuous. Using your talent well to enhance your relationship with people boosts your productivity.
