This week’s Hive Top Chef Challenge is Pickled. So, this week I am going to introduce you to Malaysian most favorite pickles ‘Mango Pickles with Dried Sour Plum’ or we called it in Malaysia ‘Jeruk Mangga Asam Boi’. This pickles is viral among Malaysian and is a favorite snack that is currently sold in many markets and restaurants. You can also see these pickles being sold at traffic lights at RM10 per jar. This mango pickle is so easy to make and very healthy as there is no chemical involved but the result is that crunchy sweet-sour mango pickles that you can eat as a snack pickle.
