A suggestion: why not list members in descending tier order for the shout-outs? As it currently stands, your greatest contributors have less visibility within the post than the relatively passive Tier 0 registrants.
(This from someone who plans to register with @qurator, and is interested in then working up the tiers, but doesn't yet have the Steem for the registration fee, hah)
