Thought I would share a couple of pictures of dinner. St. Louis style ribs with a rub of cumin, chili powder and brown sugar. Finished with a glaze of blackberry jam combined with a little bit of basalmic vinegar and apple juice. The dark texture is caused by the blackberry jam and the blackberry seeds. VERY tasty!!! And baked beans and sangria of course!
