Well, what can I say other than I am truly honored, especially since mine is barely a pizza, especially by an Italian definition. However, it is one of our family's favorite foods, and I'm so glad @Qurator finally motivated me to share it.
I'm not super big on pancakes, but if crepes are allowed, @sreypov has a very special Cambodian recipe for savory Khmer-style crepes.

Pancakes, Crumpets or Crepes all are so similar; here in South Africa we call pancakes Crumpets or Flapjacks; our pancakes are more like a Crepe in that it's rolled up, but it's a little fatter than Crepes. Look forward to seeing @sreypov's Crepes
