Hello hivers! this is my entry for the Hive Top Chef. I leave you this super easy and practical recipe for those of us who have children at home! I hope you like it!
Rice and Spinach Tortillas.
For this you need:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- Spinach to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
(You can use a seasoning of your choice)
Preparation:
In a container you must mix the rice with the egg. Chop the spinach into very small squares and add to the mixture along with the salt and pepper. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture, you can add more rice for this.
Preheat a pan with a little oil and pour part of the mixture, you can make it the size you want. Help yourself with a measuring spoon and when the edges are golden you should turn and fry on the other side. Place on absorbent paper and serve with a sauce of your choice. You can accompany them with bread and they are ideal for breakfast. They are also very versatile, you can substitute spinach for some other ingredient such as chicken or countless vegetables.
