Welcome to Photo Quest!

Welcome to Photo Quest! The scene is set and hope you are armed with your favorite camera. Are you ready for your quest? Sure you are! This will be a weekly competition where we have a photography quest and you have to take a picture of something specific. Sometimes it will be easy, sometimes not so easy. We will try and keep it interesting as always! Below are the rules and details to set you out on your quest!

RULES

Only photography-related posts.
Only the first image of your post will be considered as your entry
Use the #qurator tag.
Mention the Photo Quest competition in your post title or somewhere in your post.
Post your link as a comment in this post to officially enter.
Posts cannot be older than this post.
Your entry will not count if you aren't following the above-mentioned rules.
All entries will be reviewed by the Qurator team.
Only one entry per week.
Deadline: 12 hours before this post reaches payout.

Disclaimer: Keep in mind this is a photography contest. The quality of your photograph is very important here. Simply taking a blurry picture with your camera phone just to match with the current topic will most likely not win you any prizes.

Don't want to complete Quests alone?

Tag a friend and let them join in, adventures are always best with a friend. A little friendly competition can't hurt, right? ;)

I have great confidence in your opinion and for that reason I am happy for what you consider. I don't think I will be part of the winners, there are so many good photographers competing but that doesn't matter to me anymore. Your opinion is the big prize I got, thank you!

You know that photography is not only about technique. Even a snap-shoot from a mobile phone or an old film camera can be a wonderful, meaningful picture!
And in case you didn't notice you did get the second price. Congratulations!

You're right, of course! I feel the same way and there are many examples of photographic art made with extremely simple cameras.
Thanks, I didn't know, I'm off to see the wonder. I had some problems and couldn't be here the last few days.
