Hello, the accounts are checked by few moderators and after reaching an agreement a new member is accepted or we send a refund. If we find something wrong you can always come talk to us on Discord and we will help fixing whatever needs to be fixed before you apply again. As long as you write original stories and source images you use, there should be no problem. :)
No harm in trying whenever you are ready.

We do have member that run contest and it is not a problem in most cases :)
