The chart at the bottom says 4% upvote weight for tier 2 and then the percentage goes down in tier 3... ?!
This is because these are different accounts for the votes :)
If you are in tier 3 you receive an upvote from the "main" qurator account, which 2% upvote is more worth than the 4% upvote of the tier1-2 account :) (not to mention the curation trial)
Thank you kindly... that might not be clear from the graph, then again it might be that I just missed it, which is quite likely!
