slavery ended end of 19th century... freed slaves typically did not own anything... black neighborhoods that turned wealthy were burned down by white suppremicists and after the civil war the KKK rose looting black neigborhoods.... segregation law and jim crow kept black people from becoming wealthy, plus black people were less likely to get a loan because they dont own anything. economic boom happened in US during the world wars and guess who did not benefit from it... black neighborhods are still shaped through segregation and are hence more prone to law makers putting good schools in white neigborhoods and internet access ect.... 2010 came also with a heavy case of jery mandering infringing on black voting rights through republicans

corona tests are necessary for diagnosis btw and u dont get ur medical costs refunded if u are not tested corona positive... hence u might be scared to go to hospital because u might be charged a large amount.... unlike europe theres no free healthcare... hospitals are also unregulated and charge u any amount of price, without any way to finding a cheap hospital as they refuse to tell prices... black people due to being poorer in US are also in more people intensive jobs and are less in white collar jobs that can work from home....

all of europe has free healthcare, following 2 different models. germany for example has the bismark model which means u pay for a cheap subsidized mandatory health insurance but get free healthcare in return. in denmark u just pay taxes and get a doctor and hospital assigned which u are free to change.
in US u pay 1000$ just for the ambulance car to come
it's long ago that it was like bismark made it..
why can't I just go to the doctor I like and pay him directly?
