You may want to keep an eye on the progress of Raiblocks dev team helping the Mercatox devs clear up their withdrawal issues. Once all the existing exchanges that list XRB are all able to withdraw easily, I think you will see Binance list within a day or so of that. Just a hunch. No insider knowledge.

That is a good observation. I saw some people talking about the issues with withdraws from Mercatox
In the position I'm in it would almost be best if there was more of a pull back for a few more days and then I could average down pretty hard.
I’m in a similar situation. By the way, Mercatox issue has been resolved. Now if only they could rebrand to Nano (rumors seem to have some substantial evidence) and release their wallets right before a Binance listing. Life would be good.
