Trump is not the kind of guy who seems good at "getting the message." His supporters will absolutely rally behind him, though, and this is a major propaganda loss for the Democrats on top of Biden's debate performance and recent public speaking "gaffes."

I don't know the guy and I'm not there so I see only what the news services let me, and even th n I try to avoid it. Time will tell what happens I guess.
It's times like this I envy your distance from US nonsense.
We have our own issues here but in comparison they are insignificant generally, so I understand the comment above.
