That's not a new thing but new people try it regularly. When they are noticed they get downvotes and end on a blacklist. Eventually HiveWatcher get attention of these accounts and that's just the end. Once the reputation of a profile is down enough it's the death of the account. The effort they put into this isn't even worth it but who am I telling them this?
And to think that rinse and repeating the process would make them think it's going to work, some people just prop themselves up to fail.
