THE ART OF MAKING RAW CAKES is about fusing together health, beauty, taste, love and passion! This mixed berries tart is one of the most delicate I've ever made!!! When I make new recipes I thing about what I use to love when I was a kid and my mom used to make cakes all the time. Now my creativity is inspired by reproducing these cakes in the RAW VEGAN version. This recipe is in my book!!!!! 🍰🍰🍰

WHY RAW CAKES?

There are many reasons why Raw Cakes are in my opinion, the best choices on all available options. First of all they are the healthiest and therefore from time to time they allow us to satisfy our sweet tooth without having to introduce in our body white flours, refined sugars, animal fats, lactose derivatives, gluten and animal proteins. Thank God, every type of dessert of any culinary tradition can be reproduced in a raw version and this allows us to satisfy any kind of sweet desire. In my book you will discover in fact how many wonders can be created with simple ingredients. Within the recipes of the book we will be dealing exclusively with Cakes and you will have the chance to learn step by step how to prepare them.

Raw food desserts are well appreciated almost by everyone. Since I’ve start to make them I have never met anyone who has not appreciated this art. Obviously, there may be preferences for tastes, but beyond that, the most beautiful and rewarding thing that I keep observing is that Raw Cakes attract the attention by everyone who comes across them and they are also appreciated even by the most culinary traditionalist dudes for the quality and delicacy that this raw art can offer.
In the Raw Food preparations all the ingredients are plant based and they have not been manipulated by any industrial processes. Each ingredient used is in its most natural state, just like when it is harvested from the earth. All these industrial steps that all the foods undergo and that are normally consumed by the masses, are completely eliminated.

Isn’t amazing to be able to satisfy the desire of sweets and at the same time to be able to nourish the body with healthy living food, rich in fabulous natural properties coming straight from the Earth? I find it more then amazing and once you will try the vibrant Raw Cakes full of live energy, I WARN YOU that it will be very difficult to go back to the old sugary tradition especially in times like this where allergies, intolerances and physical discomforts are increasing and the need to simplify the diet is becoming of prime importance.
That said, it is important to understand that however, even if they are raw, nutritious and healthy cakes, they are still sweet and they should be eaten occasionally because they contain sugars even if in natural forms and they still stimulate the pancreas in the production of insulin. Also containing different types of dried fruit, they are quite rich.

So… Raw Cakes are definitely an excellent solution for those looking for a healthy and ethical alternative to traditional sugary cakes and I would like to clinch that Raw Cakes are also for all gourmets who want to enjoy new kinds of culinary sensations.
