Anyone who has bought or sold a home knows the added fees associated with the title company and the realtor add up. In the future could we use block chain / crypto currency to remove those fees altogether when buying or selling real-estate ? This article explores that possibility. I personally do not think it is as far off as this author thinks.

Very interesting concept! Yeah, I think that it will help. I know that commercial real estate will be greatly impacted! I know of a company that might be implementing block chain called Muirfield investment properties
