So I really appreciate your comment - that makes me feel good. The reason why I know the material so well is because I have been going through it for the last two years every single week with a new property in front of a group of investors - showing them how to break it down and answering questions like "where did you get that price from?" , "What is the area like?" and " how did you come up with that rent?" -
I have a written article as a companion to this one - but its not finished yet. But I will be submitting that soon - I've just been so busy with our move that its taken a lot of my attention and I haven't been as active - but I love all the new things going on on Steemit and look forward to continue posting up my real estate adventures - next video will probably be a walk through of an apartment I'm turning around right now.
It feels great when we run after our passion and succeed. You are sharing your passion, that why it feel natural. I am also trying to share my passion on Steemit. Today I made a posts on how one can post to Steemit using PHP. So, I am on way of making a WordPress Plugin that can post to Steemit without an external API service. There will be some limitations but if I can make it happen, I'd be very happy.
that sounds awesome - I will be reading that for sure .. I have used Php in the past - ahhh.... i was a wannabe programmer in a former life.... i know just enough to get me in trouble .. its like that with everything ...I've done a little graphics arts, a little programming, a little web development , a little bit of social media, a few attempts at blogging...but not proficient in any of it. I know just enough to distract myself from the things actually SHOULD be doing... ;) I look forward to looking at your plug-in
yes - my team and I look for properties that we ca add value to - so we like to buy them ugly and cheap and then fix them up and either keep them and rent them out or sell them to other investors. We just finished one that we sold and are now on the looking out for another project.
