This reality show sounds so extreme. I don't see how a show like this can allow the contestants to rape or kill each other. Would the government not come and arrest the ones who do this, since it is being streamed live 24/7?

Here one of the rules - for violation of Russian Federation laws participant leaves the project, without the right to the prize and transmitted to the police. From sources we know that viewers can watch 24 hours a day and so until the end of the project.
Well, that is at least good to hear. They probably wont encourage breaking the laws then.
