Potato lollipop

Potato lollipop is a mouthwatering meal. Potatoes can be made very easily at home. Perfect for tiffin or breakfast. There is also a skinny sauce.

Ingredients

For mixing

Boil potatoes or grease: One and a half cups of finely chopped: 1/4 cup cheddar: 2-5 teaspoons fresh bread crumb (blended in blender): 1/4 cup pepper powder: 1/4 teaspoon powder or 1/4 teaspoon powder: Spoonfuls of salt: 1/2 t: spoonfuls of juice: 3 teaspoons: according to taste

Tempura making materials

Flour: 2 teaspoons: Chilli pepper or Chile flakes: 1 teaspoonful of seasoning (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary): 1 teaspoon

For the skinny sauce

Mayonnaise: 1 tsp spoonfuls of yogurt: 1/4 cup cucumber onion: 2 tbsp spoon: 1 tsp teaspoon Mihikuchi: little salt: 3 tbsp

Steps

Step 1

Bread crumbs, red chilli quiche and Italian seasonings should be mixed together.

Step 2

Mix the flour and water and make a paste.

Step 3

To make the potato lollipop, you have to rub the oil first so that the potato mixture does not get in the hand. Then take a large amount of potato mixture on the palm of your hand and make a spherical ball. After making the ball, rub it into the dough paste and apply the bread crumb so that the bread crumbs stick to the ball well.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a fryingpan. When the oil is heated, fry the balls of potatoes in submerged oil. Can't fry more balls at once. The balls should be stirred lightly so that they do not break and get equal heat everywhere. If the golden brown color has to be taken down, you have to take it down. Lollipops need to be made with a toothpick or saddle with balls.
