It is common for the skin to be stretched and dried in winter. By the way, we can repair temporarily by applying cream or body lotion on the skin, but here we are going to tell you about such a dish, which will give your skin nourishment from the inside and it will not be dry. material -

Cucumber - 1 large size
Potatoes - 1 medium sized
Salt - according to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Pure ghee - 1 tbsp

Method -

To make the potato cucumber vegetable, first peel the cucumber and then cut the ends of it and cut it into small pieces.
Then peel the potatoes and cut it into pieces of small size.
Heat the ghee in a pan, put asafetida and cumin seeds on medium heat, when the color of cumin changes, add chopped cucumber and potatoes in it.
Then add salt and turmeric powder and mix it. Now fry the non-covered, medium flame for 2-3 minutes, but keep stirring in the middle.
Mix chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on non-covered, low flame, but keep stirring in the middle.
Cover and cook on low flame till potato flour. But keep moving in between.
Then add garam masala powder and mix it well and fry them on low flame for 1-2 minutes, but keep stirring in the middle. Finally add lemon juice and mix the gas.

  • Aloo khera's vegetable is prepared, serve it with lentil-rice, bread or paratha.
