material -


For cheese saat


24 pieces of cheese, 25mm. (1 inch) cut into pieces

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oil, to cook


Mixing Hot GARLIC Sauces

1/2 cup boiled chickpea gram

2 teaspoon green chili paste

2 t-spoon garlic paste

2 t-lemon juice

3 tablespoon water

salt to taste


To make lemon grass-onion paste

1/2 onion

2 tablespoon green tea leaves

12 millimeters (1/2 inch) piece of ginger


For peanut sauce


1/2 tablespoon oil

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 table-spoon green tea leaf-onion paste, ritual see above

1/4 cup roasted peanut paste

1 t-spoon cornflower, 2 tablespoon mixed with water

1/4 cup milk of niril

1/2 t-spoon cashmere red chilli powder

1 t-spoon sugar

1 t-spoon chili-garlic sauce

salt to taste


For a lemon salad


1/2 cup grated cucumber

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup grated radish

1/2 cup thin lb chopped cabbage

6 to 7 Basil leaves, finely cut

1 t-spoon red chilli powder

2 t-spoon vinegar

2 t-spoon sugars

salt to taste


Other stuff

4kg Roti


Method -


For cheese saat


Mix paneer pieces and soy sauce in the bowl.

In saaty stick, place 6 pieces of paneer pieces. Use 3 pieces of leftover paneer and make 3 saute.

Heat a non-stick tawa and cook each saat on medium flame till it becomes golden on all sides of the paneer. Keep aside.


For peanut sauce


Heat oil in deep pan and add cumin seeds.

When cumin seeds begin to crack, put green tea leaf-onion paste and roast for a minute.

Boil using the remaining ingredients.

Boil on a low flame until the sauce thickens for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Put aside.


For a lemon salad


Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and keep it for 30 minutes.

Filter the remaining water and keep it aside.

Keep the bread in a dry place and with the help of a knife, remove the pieces of cheese with the help of a knife with the help of a soft stick from 1 stack, and keep it in the long queue between the bread.

Place 1/4 of each peanut sauce and hot garlic sauce.

Finally, spread the 1/4 portion of the lemon salad and roll it thoroughly.

Make 3 more rap using the remaining material.
