DEVIL EGGS
Bahan:
- 6 butir telur rebus matang kupas kulitnya
- 1/4 cangkir mayonnaise
- 1 sdt mustard
- garam
- merica
- smoked paprika
- parsley cincang halus
Cara Membuat:
- Bagi telur jadi 2 (saya menggunakan benang bukan pisau jadi hasilnya rapi). Ambil kuning telur dan hancurkan boleh dengan garpu atau potato masher
- Campur kuning telur dengan mayonnaise, mustard, garam dan merica sampai berbentuk pasta.
- Masukkan pasta kuning telur ke dalam telur putih menggunakan sendok teh.
- Taburi telur dengan paprika dan parsley halus. Sajikan
