2 cups of paneer pieces
Half cup capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 table spoon oil
1 table-spoon garlic paste
Half T-Spoon Green Chili Paste
1 t-spoon standing coriander, slightly crushed
1 t-spoon chopped green chilli
Half t-spoon chopped ginger
Three quarter cup finely chopped tomatoes
One-fourth t-spoon casserole fenugreek
salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a wide non-stick pan, add garlic paste and fry for a few seconds on low flame.
Put capsicum, chilli paste and standing coriander and roast it for a minute on low flame.
Add green chili and ginger and fry for a few seconds.
Add tomato and mix well and stir, stirring in between, cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add saffron fenugreek and salt and mix well and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Finally, add paneer and mix it lightly and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Serve warmly with coriander and serve hot.
