  • Ruler
  • Pizza cutter or knife

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry homemade or frozen
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar 100g
  • 1 to 2 tsp. of ground cinnamon 3 to 6g
  • 2 tbsp. butter 28g
