hey buddy good to hear from you! It has been absolutely crazy. I absolutely feel better now than I did in my 20's. Carnivore is such a really really good fit for me that I don't foresee myself eating any other way. I want to drop another 20ish pounds and then assess where I'm at and where to go from there. Jump back on it!
