Come today, we also say Farah or Gajiya of Dal, also learn how to make. It is easy to make and also delicious in the food. We make it with rice flour and gram flour, urad dal.

You can take it with breakfast or evening tea.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Served: 15-20 ghzia

Content volume
Rice flour 2 cups
Gram dal 1 cup
Dhuli Urad Dal 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Soya Green Cutted (Optional) 1/2 Cup chopped
Green chili 7-8
Garlic 8-10 barley
salt to taste
Lukewarm water to knead dough
way:

.. Soak the chickpea and urad dal for the night, drop the water in the morning, and grind them into a mixie. You can pour 3-4 tablespoons of water while grinding, but do not overdo it, lentils should be dry only for filling.

  1. Take out the lentils in a vessel and grind the other dal also.

  2. Now take green chillies and garlic dry grinding.

  3. Wash coriander and soy well and cut finely.

  4. Now mix roasted chillies, salt and chopped soya and coriander in pulses and mix it well.

  5. Take dough in a bowl and put hot water and knead the dough. Do a little bit water, do not wet the dough.

  6. Divide the flour in 15-20 parts Take a part of it, just slice it with the hand, equal to the whole as shown in the picture below.

  7. 2 tablespoon flour flour in between.

  8. Then fill the rest of the remaining flour like this. Give it a shape similar to your hand as shown in the picture below.

  9. It has to cook steam for 15-20 minutes. I have taken the water strictly to cook the steam and put chhani on it and covered it with a glue and put it on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. The delicious, delicate lentils are ready. You make and feed to everyone.
