Pina Colada Cocktail Recipe
A great summer drink to make second only to a Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup diced pineapple
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces coconut cream
1-1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce dark rum
Optional: whipped cream
Directions:
Put the ice, pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and both rums into a blended. Blend until frosty and smooth. Garnish with whipped cream.
