2 tablespoon oil

1 t-spoon crushed garlic

1/2 cup thin sliced ​​green onions

1/2 cup thin-sliced ​​capsicum

1/2 cup sliced ​​carrots

1 cup bean sprouts

1 table-spoon lemon juice

1 t-spoon red chilli powder

1 t-spoon sugar

1 t-spoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts

salt to taste

1/2 cups of paneer or tofu pieces

2 cups boiled flat noodles

1 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts

1 tablespoon chopped green onion leaves


Method -


Heat oil over high flame in a walk or deep non-stick embroidery, add garlic and onion and roast on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add capsicum and roast on medium flame for 1 minute.

Add carrots and roast on medium flame for 1 minute.

Add bean sprouts and fry them on medium flame for 1 minute.

Mix lemon juice, red chilli powder, sugar, soya sauce and peanuts and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minute, stirring in the middle.

Add salt and cottage cheese and mix them in the hands and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the noodles and mix it lightly and stir in between, for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.

Serve immediately with peanuts and green onion leaves and serve them immediately.
