Here is my Song of the Day just before it turns 2018 :) In my opinion, one special track that hits home for me. As i am typing this listening to the track, fireworks going off on the streets of berlin and the sound of crisp fallen rain as the cars go by, makes this song the perfect listening moment. "Reach out your hands to the ones you love", remembering all the people that i have met and a reminder to keep doing doing our best.
