RE: Phoenix - "On Death: Destroy Attacker and Revive"

Jagged Alliance 2 is most likely the best tactic game there ever was. There are also very different ways/modes to play the game in. I was in the save/load crowd, where you would just run guns blazing into the enemy and abuse the RNG to death, but ofc the most prestigious are the Iron Man people who never save. I would argue it becomes much more of a strategic game in iron man and I actually don't like that. I am not the plan everything through before you act - kind of guy, I prefer much more try and error + getting into sticky situations and stuff.

If you like Fallout Tactics you will love Jagged Alliance 2. But yeah that is a game I can grind my teeth in to get some lore out of it. I only played it for a few hours 25 years ago.
