It has arrived indeed but all these “first world countries seem to be way behind. This should be the decade this economy breaks out and finds the real use-cases it needs. It could most defiantly guarantee rewards and the evidence interns if contracts would be write there in the database for all to witness.
The writers make most of the money :) once the publishing is secured.
