RE: Why Men DON'T Want To Get Married Anymore.

in #relationship9 years ago (edited)

Yes because I want a third party overseer in my relationships for a shitty tax benefit. Marriage can go fuck itself along with the license and the state. Marriage is a joke in my opinion.

No marriage for this guy because he understands law and he can very calmly say, fuck that license, I'll take as much freedom as possible :-).

I like to have as much freedom as possible But I certainly see the benefits of marriage.
LOl! I don't know how good or bad the tax benefit is, I'll definitely need to look into it.

I guess I should add marriage is great until there's an issue. Up until that point the state has no right to step in, but once there's a dispute the power for resolution falls to the state.

Criminal code of Canada states, "every one, person and owner, and similar expressions, include Her Majesty and an organization; (quiconque, individu, personne et propriétaire"

So if a marriage is an organization formed by two persons, there's also a third party with a claim being Her Majesty. Who the fuck that is you got me, try and get a straight factual backed answer from someone in the govt I dare you lol.

However if there's no dispute in the organization then the state truly has no right to step in, divorce rates don't look overly promising however. So it really comes down to will you stay together and work things out as adults or will people break up and need daddy to step in and fix things. The whole concept of governance is based on the responsibility of the people and whether or not they can self govern.

But that's just one guy talking crazy and nothing but a mere opinion.

I see your view on that! I don't like the government being involved in that way.
