Firstly it's really good to be on this platform. I like how Steemit works and especially its decentralized nature. I'm all for that.
It's about focus, about relaxing away from the focus. Focus is necessary at certain times but its a tight, constricted tense state to be in all the time. I will be blogging about observations in my own experience. Things you may have noticed too. If so please engage and share. I'm not qualified in any way to tell you what to do.
