It is not easy to forgive but if you hold on the word of God which will serve as your guild ,all will be very very very easy for you to forgive.
Now out of Bible section ,any one who hold or keep record of the wrong doing of other tends to develop high blood pressure easily ,because you will spend all your time thinking on how to revenge .to forgiveness makes you to be free and have a healthy life .
