Literarily, i see Christianity not to be a religion but a cordial relationship with the creator who made all that was needed by human available before us.
But what is it (Christian) seen as today?
A word used to qualify those who ain't Muslim, Traditional worshiper or a Pagan
The above listed religion, worshipers tend to be proud of who they are and what they do

He that sexed last night in Church on Sunday to claim Christ's blessing with a loud "Yes"
She that fought with a fellow in the market yesterday present in revival today with the loudest voice
He that spit on the less privilege last week is present on the alter today to Interprete
She that claim listening to love songs by circular artistes to be a sin is here before the tv. humming and moving to the Indian song used as interlude in the movie (please, if i may ask is the guy singing gospel song to the Indian lady to praise God?)
He that condemned fighting is here before the tv. Supporting John Cener to beat up Big Show to the point of death.
He that teaches forgiveness and being a brother's keeper yesterday sign today for a final year student to be rusticated because he whispered an answer to a friend during examination.
She that tread the road side naked yesterday is here in church today with scarf on her head
He that did not fulfill his promises during his afore reign is here again on his kneel before the priest for another opportunity

That they all claim
They held to the bible but forsake that which in it is written
They pray for Grace to be sufficient
They know no word as 'Repent'
But they would say "I am a Christian"
Judge me not for I may not be innocent
But that which I have seen to compare makes me different
Observe me not for I may not be holy
But that which I have read and believe in the bible makes me worthy
To be called not a Christian but the legal and proud son of the maker.
Oh yes, the Christian church has so many of what I call "hypochristians" aka hypocritical Christians that say one thing in church on Sunday and fellowship on Wednesday and then do other things entirely on the other five days. These are the people that drive others away from the church.
