Today I would like to look at Psalm 34 verse 14 to 16

14)Turn away from evil and do good; strive for peace with all your heart.
15)The LORD watches over the righteous and listens to their cries;
16)but He opposes those who do evil, so that when they die, they are soon forgotten.

We must turn away from evil and doing bad things, we must do good, we must look for peace with all our heart. God listen to us when we call to Him, He looks after the righteous. On the other hand He opposes those who do evil. We will receive eternal life from God and be with Him forever, were-as the ones who do evil will soon be forgotten.

Heard a great sermon on this, it is not by our own will we can resist evil, but by the Lords strength through the Holy Spirit.

Do you think when Jesus comes back he would like to see crosses everywhere?

That will be difficult to say, the cross is only an icon to remind us that Jesus died for us on the cross. When Jesus returns we will not need to be reminded as the living God will be with us.
