What is Wrong with Reputation System ?

I saw that some of the users rep are quite decreased eventhough I searched for it I couldn't find any explanation for it , is it a glitch ?

My reputation is also dropped from 58.9 to 33.2 without any real reason.
I have not received downvotes/flags, so I don't know why my reputation is dropped.
I also saw other users reputation dropped without any real reason.
This is probably a bug/glitch.

Edit:
Today (2019.04.17) my (and many other people's) reputation is/are returned to normal (58.9 in my case).

Might just be a glitch, I would not worry about it. I’ve seen my rep do that before a while back!

I would say something like: "I am afraid, some bots or even users may have reported you."
Not all of your posts really contribute to the community (like posting questions without declining payout). But it does not seem to be the case at all. I still see you to be 69 on Busy. Do other platorms show less? Perhaps, wait overnight?
