This German minister, or member of parliament, or whatever he may be, he was talking about September 24. It's just that, he said it in February. He did not say it recently, he said it seven months ago. And there was something about a date they had set in February, to take a certain decision about certain pathogenic particles that don't exist, or some sort of decision, they would take on September 24th. That is the context that everyone seems to have forgotten about.
