I say that you are right.
In theory cyclists have enough rights. At least on our roads.
In the real life they are the endangered species.
I'm afraid to use a bicycle. fast cars passing by me. bicycle path can not be made everywhere. the governments do not think there is much to do. other than making bike trails on the street. :)
