Argument
The anime follows the "failed detective" Yuki Shinjurou, who resolves cases with his "assistant" Inga (who is a kind of god that devours souls and with who has a deal).It is inspired by the novel by Ango Sakaguchi called Meiji Kaika Ango Torimono-cho.

Opinion
When I started to see the anime I was think found more of the same until Inga "does his trick". Although the chapters are self-conclusive the anime maintains a certain line of argument between the chapters that makes one want to know because the nickname of "failed detective", the strange relationship he has with the head in charge of post-war country security and who is Inga. Inga is explains in the movie, the last chapter gives some light on the relationship with Kaishou (the security chief) and the first ... (I will not guide you through all the chapters ; ) ).
I consider it a good anime but it is not for all audiences, even I saw it along with other animes and I was about to abandon it for the slow that can be put sometimes in the cases.Even so the main story (if you can call it that) is interesting but the ending leaves some doubts whit as to make another season but they will not do it
If you want you can see the movie first and then the anime but I recommend doing the opposite and as for the ONA I do not consider it necessary since it is a parody
As for the graphics are pleasant and fluid, although they are a bit thin the characters but nothing of the other world

Cuando empecé a ver el anime me pareció mas de lo mismo hasta que Inga “hace su truco”. Aunque los capítulos son auto conclusivos el anime mantiene cierta línea argumental entre los capítulos que hace que uno quiera saber porque lo del sobrenombre de “detective fracasado”, la extraña relación que tiene con el jefe a cargo de la seguridad del país después de la guerra y quien es Inga. Lo de Inga lo explica la película, el ultimo capitulo da algo de luz sobre la relación con Kaishou (el jefe de la seguridad) y lo del primero…(tampoco los voy a guiar por todos los capítulos ;) ).
Lo considero un buen anime pero no es para todos los públicos, incluso yo lo veía junto con otros animes y estuve a punto de abandonarlo por lo lento que se puede poner a veces en los casos. Aun así la historia principal (si se puede llamar así) es interesante pero el final lo deja a uno con algunas dudas como para hacer otra temporada que no van a sacar.
Pueden ver primero la película y después el anime si asi lo desean pero les recomiendo que lo hagan al contrario y en cuanto al ONA no lo considero necesario ya que es una parodia.
En cuanto a los gráficos son agradables y fluidos, aunque se notan un poco flacuchos los personajes pero nada del otro mundo.
Differences ANIME / MANGA
Really the difference between manga and anime was not much, just some other details that in the end do not affect in general (and that the manga was completed 2 years after the anime). It's a shame that the story stayed here, was another anime that had more to give than just this.

Realmente la diferencia que observe entre el manga y el anime no fue mucha, solo algunos que otros detalles que al final no afectan en general (y eso que el manga se termino 2 años después que el anime). Lastima que la historia se quedo hasta aquí, me pareció otro anime que tenia mas que dar que solo esto
