I like the idea of zombies targeting their murderer; and the age of consent stuff with turning a vampire; the letter of the law vs the spirit of the law.

I've given quite a lot of thought to my approach to a zombie outbreak scenario; I find identifying and resolving tangential logistical issues is a great way to get to sleep.
Keeps my brain engaged, but on a low-stakes problem.
