Welcome, dear readers!
World premiere of the film "Ghost", created by American filmmakers in such genres as romance, fantasy, Thriller, drama, took place on July 13, 1990. Unfortunately, this film did not appear in the Russian wide box office, but it can be found on the Internet on sites that provide online movie viewing services.
Perhaps, many film fans necessarily have one or even several films that are in their film library in the most honorable, special place. In my one of the first places is occupied by this film which I watched with great pleasure many, many times. This film is a standard of the highest skill of both its creators and the superbly selected cast, each of whom is so accustomed to his role that someone made you sincerely empathize with him, someone to enjoy the sparkling humor, and someone caused outright dislike and disgust.
I will not even briefly retell the plot of this film, if suddenly for some reason you did not watch it, I strongly recommend that you watch it.
Director Jerry Zucker and screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin managed to create a truly priceless masterpiece of world cinema. They made such a warm, touching film about the boundless love of two people who could not be separated even by death. It is impossible to watch calmly as Sam (Patrick Swayze), being a Ghost, tries to protect his beloved Molly (Demi Moore) from the deadly danger that threatened her in all possible ways, showing miracles of ingenuity.
As always, Whoopi Goldberg is inimitable in her role, playing the role of a crooked, not very clean-handed psychic, Odda brown. Her humor, as always, was on top - to the point and without a drop of vulgarity.
In addition to these actors, the film starred Tony Goldwyn, Rick Aviles, Stanley Lawrence, Christopher J. Keene and others. As I wrote above, all of them coped with their roles perfectly.
Our Russian actors were also good, and they did a great job with the film's voice-over. These are Anton Savenkov, Tatyana Shitova, Inna Koroleva, Oleg Novikov and Andrey Grinevich.
The film will appeal not only to fans of the genres stated in it, it will appeal to many viewers.
