I try to post once per day, then give some attention to up voting. I am a creature of habit so I have certain bloggers I give more attention to. I am also a busy person and have a life away from steemit that I really love. I don't ever want to find myself sitting in front of my monitor reading and up voting all day and all night. So bottom line, I do what I can and try not to think too hard about it.
