While i tryed to understand the system behind steemit, the hf 19 happened, and i oberserved, that many whales, if not most steemians, where pushing money out of hell and similar to that all of their vote power breaks down. On the longterm i think things will regulate by itself. Or do you think they will do another change with hf20 or something like?
