In my opinion this is the best way to go! For me steemit is awesome because I give and get real attention! I read a lot of content and I comment way more then I write posts. I just love commenting and reading here. Steemit is my new favourite magazine which I am also a part of. For me it´s most important to see that the pearson I taked to in the comments responded in some way. sometimes it´s an upvote and other times it´s a written response. No matter how much voting power is spend I always benefit on steemit by learning so much. By helping others to feel welcome here you give them so much. Maybe even more then your upvote could do. In my opinion you are doing everything right.

I also do enjoy very much the amount of knowledge provided on steemit. Content has true value here, it's a completely different story compared to other networks.
