How to request asset and/or profit withdrawal during the migration period

In this quick update we will clarify how to request asset and/or profit withdrawal during the migration period.

As you know these functions have now been locked on the Rialto.AI platform and you will need to contact support if you wish to perform any withdrawals before the new platform launches in December 2018.

To do this please use the Request Support button in the top right hand corner of the platform and select the relevant topic. If you don't do anything your account and all your assets will be automatically transferred to the new platform.

  1. The XRL token withdrawals have now been locked due to the upcoming change of tokenomics, however you can still withdraw the underlying assets if you wish, without missing out on the free equity participation plan. Please submit your request via the Request Support button on the platform. If you send any additional XRL tokens to the platform please note that the same rules will apply.

  2. For asset and profit withdrawals simply log into the platform and submit your request via the Request Support button on the platform, selecting the relevant topic and explain exactly what you would like to do. Do not send withdrawal request directly via email as that will slow down the process significantly due to additional security checks.

All withdrawal requests will be processed once weekly on a Monday.

Users who have not been able to register on the platform due to KYC requirements will be able to do so in the coming days, once we update the settings. They will be able to follow the above process to withdraw the underlying DAP assets and to verify their personal data for the upcoming free equity participation plan.
