We are extremely excited to finally be in a position to introduce to you our brand new platform for the first time. In this post we are going to give you a quick overview of the new platform and its features.

User wallet and dashboard

The new platform will allow users to deposit and withdraw Bitcoin and Ether on a daily basis. In case of higher amounts, some restrictions on withdrawals will be in place to allow for additional verification for security purposes.

The wallet will come with an asset dashboard that will indicate current and past values of wallet assets through a modern and intuitive user interface. Here you will be able to track your asset/investment values with balances being updated once daily.

Algorithms

This will be very similar to our current platform, with two algorithms available, namely market making/arbitrage and fiat prediction trading bot. A new algorithm is currently in development, which will trade BTC against other cryptocurrencies and is planned for launch in Q2 2019.

Algorithms can be activated daily with the trading results refreshing once daily as well. This is a significant improvement on the current platform, where the results are only visible after the two week trading period is over.

Withdrawals from algorithms can be submitted at any time, however due to technical reasons, they will initially be processed once monthly, with a view to reducing this period in the near future to once weekly. Withdrawal requests submitted by the 10th of every month will be processed by the 15th.

Crypto baskets

We’ve already published an introduction to our new crypto basket product here. This will be a quick summary of that article.

We will start by offering four different crypto baskets, which are essentially baskets made up of top five crypto assets within a certain theme. All five assets within the basket will be equally weighted and rebalanced monthly. Our initial offering will consist of:

  1. ‘Top five’ basket, will contain the top five coins by market cap.

  2. ‘Decentralized Applications’ basket, will contain top five tokens used on decentralised application (DAPP) platforms, such as Ethereum and NEO.

  3. ‘Blockchain Payments’ basket, will be comprised of five assets aiming to provide financial payment solutions, with the most representative examples being Ripple and Stellar Lumens.

  4. ‘Privacy’ basket will contain five coins that focus on the anonymity of their transactions (like Monero and Dash).

As with algorithms, purchases of crypto baskets can be made daily, withdrawals on the other hand will be initially limited to once monthly, with a view to reducing this period in the near future to once weekly. Withdrawal requests submitted by the 10th of every month will be processed by the 15th.

Indicators

This is our second new product to be introduced on the new platform alongside crypto baskets. As an automated trading platform provider we have developed a number of proprietary trading indicators that interpret and indicate market movements. These can be quite helpful in manual trading and understanding the market activity. We have decided to make some of these indicators available to our users who also do manual trading.

The number of indicators offered on the platform will gradually increase over time and will for example analyze exchange data, social sentiment, and blockchain development activity to name just a few.

Help & Support

The platform has been designed with an intuitive interface and should be very easy to use. Nevertheless, we have put together a comprehensive knowledge base to get you started, including a list of frequently asked questions and video tutorials. Support will be upgraded to a modern ticketing system instead of email, which is being used on the current platform.

Conclusion

We’ve reached the end of this quick introductory overview of our new platform. You probably still have lots of questions, but rest assured that we will be releasing more details and user guides relating to our new platform in the coming days and weeks, so that you can be fully ready for launch in December 2018.
