The video with dancing in a bandana and shorts with the flag of the USA Ricardo Milos was originally posted on the gay website «Jock Butt». On October 10th, 2010, it was published on the Japanese website Nico Nico Douga (NND) in the section «Gachimuchi» (muscular boys).
On 2016th, the NND users made a parody — they added the song Butterfly by Smile.dk to the dance of Ricardo. This tune is known for the game of Dance Dance Revolution from Konami.
The video became viral, other users started making their video mixes with Milos dancing. Such videos appeared both in 2017 and in 2018. In the middle of August 2018, picks with Ricardo began to be actively posted in public places on VKontakte and other russian sites.

Not much is known about Ricardo Milos. He was born on November 11th, 1977 in Rio, he has a twin brother. The brothers grew up in a foster family. Their father was a photographer, so Ricardo from childhood worked as a model. The man is very popular in Japan, making money by selling health products.
Japanese fans have nicknamed Milos — Ro nau jii nyo. This nickname is derived from the football player Ronaldinho and the Japanese word じ い (jii), which means «masturbation.»
Ricardo Milos had his website ricardomilos.net. Until 2012, there was information about the stripper and an archive of his photos. But after 2012, all information about Milos disappeared from the site. The portal is now unavailable.
