The question was really tricky. It says which door will he open first and practically speaking before he can open those magical doors, of course he will open first the door of his car for him to go out and reach those 3 doors. Remember that he was driving in the scenario given and he was inside of his car.

So probably the answer must be "The Door of his car!" ^_^
