Colleagues, my drawing for today is dedicated to a new card from the instruments section. For today, I chose the i45 5 String Bass. As you can see, it's a guitar. It's been several days since I last painted one, so I thought it was a good idea to bring a new one. I really like this one because of its almost phosphorescent green color. It reminds me of alien blood. But no, this one isn't made of alien blood, don't worry, Lmao.

The guitar's design is one of its strong points; notice how nice the arrangement of the string supports is. I also like the way the game's artists chose to create the tuning pegs. It looks very elegant; I can almost hear it playing a good rock song.

And I say rock because this is an electric guitar, well, I'm sure most of you already guessed that. It's easy to recognize because it doesn't have a soundbox like classic Spanish guitars. Or, to put it more simply, it doesn't have the soundhole in the middle. Okay, so how about I show you a little bit of how I did the drawing to try and capture everything that the original card has? I'm sure you want to see it. Well, let me start. First of all, as usual, I started by drawing the card's frame. This is the part made up of several rectangles and has a notch at the bottom for the category, which, as you can imagine, is common.

Once I finished the frame, I moved on to the guitar. I started by drawing what would be the neck. It's the elongated part that looks like a paddle. It's the longest part of the guitar. Besides being used to hold it, it's used to press down on the strings to create sustained notes. The lower down on the body, the more the strings are plucked to create notes, and the higher up on the neck, the more they are held. It's wonderful to think about how music is created with this instrument.

Now I moved on to the body. It has the classic shape of electric guitars. It's almost a reference. I've painted some bolder designs, but I like this one for its elegance and classic design. Here's how it turned out.

In the details section, I've added the string supports. Also, the note adjustment knobs. And, of course, the tuning pegs at the top. As you can see, I tried to stay true to the original drawing, but I also added my own touch. What do you think?

Now I'll show you the painting process. This was a lot of fun to do; I find it interesting to see the guitar gradually come to life. I'm sure that's the most fun part for you too. I used the green colors from Alien. The rest of the card is in various shades of blue. Here you go.

And to conclude, friends, I'll show you the final result. In this step, I added the strings and several other details to the card. And with that, friends, it's finished. Thank you so much for watching. Best wishes and blessings.
