Last time, I reinstalled the Windows 10 operating system (OS) for my PC after buying a SSD hard drive on the internet. My computer does not have a DVD drive to install the new OS. So there is no other choice, I have to install via USB. To install via USB, I have to create a bootable USB contained the OS to install.
I used to use many tools to create a genuine boot disk like Microsoft Windows USB / DVD Download Tool, UNetbootin and Universal USB Installer. But in my opinion, there are not good compared with Rufus software that I use it to create OS setup on USB stick for most of my experiments. According to their site, it is a utility that helps format and create bootable USB flash drives, such as USB keys/pendrives, memory sticks, etc. With Rufus , I used it to create a Windows 10 installer, Amahi installer, Ubuntu installer. Rufus is very simple to use. To start, you need to have the OS image iso file and Rufus software. Run Rufus without installation, select image file. The other options would be left by default. Then hit the Start button and wait for the results.
